At Femma Clinic, we believe in empowering women to reconnect with their minds and bodies after the life-changing experience of childbirth. On a serene morning at our outdoor space, we hosted a beautiful postnatal yoga session led by the wonderful Caleen Chua from Yoga for Mums.
The session was nothing short of magical. With the sun softly shining and the gentle breeze setting the perfect ambiance, it felt as though nature itself had joined us in celebration of self-care and healing.
Caleen guided the group of 10 participants through a mindful flow, focusing on movements that help strengthen the core, improve posture, and promote overall relaxation. It wasn’t just about physical poses—it was a journey inward. Through controlled breathing and intentional stretches, every participant had the chance to pause, reflect, and truly connect with their bodies in a safe and nurturing environment.
What made the morning even more special was the sense of community. These incredible women shared not only their yoga mats but also their stories, laughter, and a collective sense of purpose: to nurture themselves so they can, in turn, care for others.
We’re immensely grateful to Caleen for creating such a warm, judgment-free space. Her expertise and calming presence left everyone feeling rejuvenated, rebalanced, and ready to take on the day.
