Dr. Nazurah’s journey into medicine began with her MBBS degree, followed by Housemanship at PPUM, where she laid the foundation of her medical knowledge and skills. Her dedication to women’s health led her to serve as a Medical Officer in O&G at Hospital Slim River, where she gained hands-on experience in managing pregnancies, addressing gynecological concerns, and supporting women through some of the most pivotal moments in their lives.
Her passion for empowering women stems from her upbringing. Growing up in an all-girls school and being part of a close-knit female community, Dr. Nazurah witnessed the unique challenges women face, particularly in accessing accurate health information. This inspired her to bridge the gap by not only providing top-notch medical care but also educating and empowering her patients to understand their bodies better.
Dr. Nazurah’s career took an interesting turn when she ventured into the oil and gas sector, where she broadened her professional perspective and honed her ability to adapt to diverse challenges.
